Cancellation Policy:

If your order has already been processed or shipped within the 3-day window, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, please refer to our Returns Policy below.

Refund Policy:

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 9 to 15 working days from the date of cancellation request approval. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and for the funds to reflect in your account.

Returns Policy:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions on how to proceed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items:
